The male staff while dining were really nice but some of the lady’s was a bit snobby. The room itself was quite nice but the toilet paper holder was broken. The housekeeping people were extremely friendly and nice, always saying goodmorning/ Kia orana. The resort it self is really nice and would definitely stay here again
