“The room clean and comfortable, food was real my good. The people that work there were so nice! They really know how to man you feel at home!”

“Excellent staff, lovely food and a beautiful room.”

“Quaint property with rooms in the main building and in an outer building across a patio with table seating where we had a quiet, well-equipped, modern room. The Inn is a short walk to a scenic marsh and pond with fish/eel traps and a bench for savoring the peaceful view. “El personal fue muy amable, ubicación excelente para visitar Highclere Castle, el verdadero Downton Abbey. Desayuno espectacular.”

“Proper old English pub feel and atmosphere right in the heart of Winchester. Staff very helpful, friendly and clearly well trained. Food was excellent and of good value.”

“Great place to stay, staff were excellent”

“Overall a pleasant experience, nothing was too much trouble for the staff.”

“Staff were lovely. Had a long drive and arrived on the cutoff for ordering dinner, but thankfully the staff were kind enough to still let us order. We had both dinner and breakfast, both were absolutely delicious. There was some games we could borrow which we enjoyed playing in the bar, only small disadvantage is the bar closed at 10:30. Room was very clean, stocked with tea and coffee and the extra pillows in the wardrobe was a nice addition. Overall, we had a very peaceful, relaxing stay.”

“This was a beautiful stay. The grounds were lovely. The room well equipped. Highly recommend.”

“Perfect location for local pubs, cafes and restaurants. Stockbridge generally and the 3 cups in particular have a relaxed vibe. Staff at 3 cups very friendly. Very good breakfast and restaurant….simple food but well done. The garden in summer is very tranquil”

“We stayed here one night as my niece was getting married and having her wedding venue just down the road in the village Hall. The room was lovely, very clean and every thing you would need, to a very high standard. We didn’t eat there so I can’t comment on that.”
