South Weber Vacations

I’m hesitant to leave a review because management’s responses to similar complaints seem to repeat the same messaging, yet we’re experiencing the same issues. We’re five nights into a seven-night stay. The location is great, and we’ve enjoyed the pool and breakfast. Unfortunately, the cleanliness and housekeeping have been disappointing. The carpet in our room was sticky, and the bedding had an unpleasant smell. Housekeeping has missed our room twice during our stay. After long days, we’ve had to go downstairs late at night to get fresh towels and bedding, then change the bedding ourselves. That’s frustrating when basic housekeeping is part of what you’re paying for. The hotel doesn’t appear particularly old, which makes the condition and upkeep of the rooms even more disappointing. Cleanliness should be a priority regardless of how long a guest is staying. For one night, this hotel might get you by. For a longer stay, I’d recommend choosing somewhere with more reliable housekeeping and that cares more about their attention to cleanliness. Hot tub was also closed most of our stay.

Nice rooms, staff very helpful.

The room itself was pretty minimalist, but it had everything I needed and was clean. It was a dream having access to a climbing gym just on the first floor of the hotel, as well as a coffee and breakfast bar, and a couple outdoorsy clothing shops. On the second floor, there is a spacious seating area where you can just hang out, relax, or work, and some vending machines with tasty snacks and drinks. Overall, I really enjoyed my weekend stay here.

Cleanliness, great staff, awesome location!

I love staying at this hotel. It's walking distance to the Delta Center and the Gateway. The hotel is well maintained and always clean.
