I tried to give this property 5 stars but the format wouldn’t let me!! Our room was clean, the bed and pillows were amazingly comfortable, the staff was super friendly and helpful! There have been many complaints of people not being able to check in because nobody was available at the desk, but I specifically asked and somebody is always available. They may have had to step away from the desk to help a guest. I loved how quiet it was, with a fantastic price! We will definitely be returning to stay here again

The property was clean. The price was excellent for two friends traveling on a limited budget. There were no extras like hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer, or iron. No problem. I usually travel with those items. I loved the lighting system with movement detector, and laminated flooring (I hate carpet) and the space was roomy. My friend and I agreed that we will return.

The room itself was great. The hotel is brand new, so everything was very clean, fresh, and comfortable. The kitchenette is a nice feature, but unfortunately nothing is provided to actually use it. When I asked at the front desk, I was told we could “rent” a kitchen package, but the employee couldn’t tell me the cost. When I suggested this should be communicated at check-in, I was rather dismissively told, “It’s on the website.” Except it isn’t—the website says to bring your own kitchen supplies and doesn’t mention rental packages or pricing. I understand this hotel is designed primarily for extended stays, where bringing some kitchen essentials is reasonable. For a one- or two-night stay, however, that’s unrealistic, making the rental option especially important to communicate. There’s no breakfast, which I knew when booking, but coffee is available throughout the day. Unfortunately, they had completely run out of creamer and only had sugar. Running out happens, but with a Sam’s Club just a six-minute drive away, this seems like something the hotel could have easily restocked rather than simply going without. For a hotel that doesn’t offer breakfast and only provides coffee for its guests, I found that disappointing. The staff were friendly, but need more training. As a new Marriott property, there will be growing pains, but I expected a more polished guest experience. The hotel itself has a lot of potential, and these are simple issues that could easily be fixed.
