South Irving Vacation Packages for 2026

Terrible communication. I was told I needed to reserve a day prior to my check in to be able to check in at 5 AM the next morning, which I did. When I arrived to the property I was told they sold out the night before and my room was given away and since I didn’t show up before midnight It was considered a no show despite the communication. I was also told I wouldn’t be reimbursed my money and that I would have to wait for rooms to be available before being able to be checked in. The lady at the front desk was very rude, not friendly or accommodating considering we had been driving all night.

they could use an additional chair in the guest room and a lamp. Also a small table in the bathroom for cosmetics and such. My only criticism is the AC unit was difficult to use.
