My son and I loved the hotel. So many sites to see in a short walking distance. Valet parking was the only option and a little pricey, but overall excellent. The staff were nice and very helpful! Will stay again!

The room was clean and bathroom was spacious. The main thing that made my stay great was the STAFF!!! EVERY FRONT DESK PERSON was excellent. They were beyond helpful and caring. I wish I knew all of their names. I would stay here again because of them!!!!

Was honestly worried about our stay due to the reviews I saw online but as far what we experienced.. everything was good. A/c worked very well, room was clean, staff was helpful and nice both at front desk and valet. We would stay again. The only complaint we have is that valet is a bit pricey at $48 for the night.

Pros- 1. great location. In the heart of downtown Dallas. 2.Staff were always helpful and friendly 3. Affordable/ budget friendly Cons property could seriously use a renovation. My room (1409) had lots of stains on the carpet, bathroom, floor, shower, and it would sometimes take almost 5 minutes for the water to turn hot.
