“We had more than a few challenges, and the response from the hotel's management was less than professional. This was a disappointment, as we have stayed there before and the approach, even when things went wrong, was always professional. I am hoping that this was a one-off experience!”

“The staff was wonderful - very helpful. The property is aged and we did see roaches and rats. The dining chairs are stained with bird poop. Food was good - better in the dining hall that required reservations. My family enjoyed the stay.”

“Rooms with ocean view were second to none. Absolutely breathtaking! The downfalls of this hotel was the lack of meal options. There is one place to eat with the same menu from 11am until close. No lunch or dinner differences. We also felt there was limited lounge chairs near the pool.”
