Our stay was amazing. The staff were welcoming and friendly. They were also very helpful and eager to make sure we were comfortable and got where we needed to go. Excellent service and an excellent stay. We will definitely be returning to Bermuda and will definitely be staying at the Royal Palms again. Probably the best service and hotel stay I've had on vacation!

We absolutely loved our stay—the property was gorgeous and our room was spacious, quiet and private. Breakfast each morning was delicious, and we enjoyed the pool every afternoon. We had a great stay at the Royal Palms and would highly recommend. The room was very clean and comfortable. The location was perfect - the property felt like an Oasis and it was just a short and pleasant walk to downtown Hamilton. The staff were exceptional and made us feel at home. We made use of the lounge space and especially enjoyed the wine hour each evening, which was a great opportunity to chat with staff and meet other vacationers staying at the hotel.
