“La atención de la recepcionista y la camarera de piso fue excelente pero las habitaciones están muy descuidades y se nota que falta personal de limpieza. Camas rotas, sofá y moqueta sucios y viejos, la ducha se sale por encima de la cortina e inunda el baño. ”

“A beautiful old building in a great location but it needs a lot of money spending on it. The room was large but extremely dated. Carpet had stains, one of the beds had a castor missing which meant it wasn’t level. The bathroom was very old & the shower had no pressure. The mattresses were old and springy/soft. Could be a wonderful place but sadly not worth the nightly rate for what was supposed to be an executive room.”

“The rooms were clean and comfortable, with air conditioning and windows that opened enough to provide good airflow. There were a couple of minor issues in the bathroom. The plastic trim around the shower base had a large hole, leaving sharp edges exposed, so you had to be careful not to catch your toes. The light above the mirror also had a bulb out. “The stay was great. They had an issue with hot water but every part of the service was exemplary and enjoyed the stay. Have to say that the staff were super helpful and made the stay even better. Huge thanks to them.”

“Arrived on Sunday evening. Had been held up at an engagement but had a table booked during my journey for 20.45. Arrived at the pub/reception at 20.53 (booking line stated I had a 15 minute grace period). Told rather rudely that the kitchen had closed ages ago. I pointed out that I'd booked a table for 20.45 to which the reply was 'well it's now 20.53'. I stated that the booking said there was a 15 minute grace period and I had been stuck in traffic during my 2 hours drive, so couldn't help...
