Castillos en Smalley

“Clean room, friendly staff. Good breakfast.”

“I stayed there because I had to visit some customers really close. It seems like this place it's more for weddinds or other celebrations than for staying in. The service was not helpful at all. Breakfast it's included but there was a team of people just chatting and nobody came to explain what could I order. I had to go and ask and they were not kind at all. I won't definitely come back.”

“Arrived on Sunday evening. Had been held up at an engagement but had a table booked during my journey for 20.45. Arrived at the pub/reception at 20.53 (booking line stated I had a 15 minute grace period). Told rather rudely that the kitchen had closed ages ago. I pointed out that I'd booked a table for 20.45 to which the reply was 'well it's now 20.53'. I stated that the booking said there was a 15 minute grace period and I had been stuck in traffic during my 2 hours drive, so couldn't help...

“😀👍”

“Kaylee has been very helpful to reassure me about my parking at the hotel, without extra charge, for arriving and parked earlier, than my check-in time. She has also been extremely helpful in sorting out my presentation notes, and able to print out the pages that I needed. I felt that I can relax and prepare my work course very well in advance with my stay at B&B hotel Derby on 25/9/26.”

“Only stayed over night on my way north. Hotel was clean and quiet just what i needed for a stop off.”

“Todo muy bien, fue una noche de paso y cumplió con las expectativas ”

“No estaría mal que hubiera máspersonal que hablara español.”

“Lift out of order and as I am not able to walk far was a disadvantage Room far too hot some rooms had a fan but not ours. Bathroom door would not close which needed adjustment”

“Die Zimmer sind sehr gemütlich, das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und das Frühstück ist einfach umwerfend.”
