“Decidí reservar en el Hotel, porque en la página decía que estaba incluido el transporte al aeropuerto, y solo era para pasaros unas horas entre un vuelo y otro, pero no fue así, mandé varios correos y nunca me contestaron, cuando llegué al aeropuerto tuve que tomar un Uber que me costó 27 libras. Una vez que llegué me informaron que solamente era de regreso y que de cualquier forma también había que pagarlo y fueron otras 26 libras. Además pedí una habitación para cuatro personas pero el sofá...

“Enjoyed my brief overnight stay here. The hotel has a nice relaxing ambience and the rooms are comfortable - even in a heatwave! Had dinner and drinks at the Indian restaurant and bar. The staff are a credit to this hotel. Breakfast was excellent as well as the team who served it. Thanks!”

“- Not enough parking, was told to park illegally and given a peice of paper saying manor hotel guest for the window - loud constant noise only hearable in room - no hot water for shower - no plug in bath - mould on ceiling in bathroom - stains on bedding - broken tap housing - several bulbs broken - found an empty water bottle under bed - no disabled access It's a nice area, and you could tell about 30 years ago the hotel would have been posh. “Noisy due to wedding, struggled getting to sleep, room was ok and parking ok, didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment but would not stay again. It would be useful for website etc to explain there may be noise until late, was not a relaxing stay”
