A short comfortable stay

It was comfortable and a very peaceful stay at Holiday Inn Slough. Staff were friendly and helpful. Facilities were better than expected. All in all, Holiday Inn hotels never disappoint. Hence we always try to book with them.

There were a couple negatives to note about this accommodation, 1) we found some carpet beetles in our room, they can be an hitchhiking pest, and they're often a sign that carpets aren't vacuumed well enough. 2) there was mold all over the bathroom ceiling. 3) the air conditioner didn't work, and the duvet was quite heavy so it was too warm at night.
