Vacations Close To Skyline Divide

I do love the Luxor and have stayed there before - but wow this time was a bit different. The check-in was terrible - it seems like every kiosk needed help. Not a huge deal but it would be nice to add conditioner in the shower. Then my last day arrived - power outage - which can happen to anyone but then no water! This was not communicated at all - I just kept checking it but for 6 hours no water - so no shower for my trip home, Seems like that is something that could be texted or communicated somehow.

The rooms were nice and cleaned the only thing that was weird is the closet door was the bathroom door other than that was well cleaned and everything was close by since its at the strip

My body wash in the shower stopped working. But besides that and the visual normal wear and tear of the hotel. I loved my stay!

Cigarette smoke is always a problem for our family in these environments. But overall it was a great experience.

The property was very well maintained but, very empty. The food court food was mostly inedible. The staff was dreadful. They were visibly miserable. They were non-responsive and negative. One of the lifeguards was observed spitting on the pool deck. The hot tub was freezing. The night manager Luis was just strait rude and aggressive. The bright spot was Trevor, he was amazing and deserves a promotion. He was as very respectful and responsive. Besides him, I have never experienced such rudeness from staff in my 40 years of national and international travel. Shocking.

Furniture on the balcony would be nice and a longer arm extension on the television. Adding a hand held shower would be nice for shorter guests. I was unable to reach the shower head to adjust it. I loved my stay and I will see you next year.

The room was clean, spacious. They are well set up digitally for doing everything on their app including providing response. The room charges for this 4-star hotel was less than one-star hotel and in a prime Las Vegas Strip location with lot of shopping and restaurants.
