There was a homeless encampment right by the property and long stay customers loitering on the balconies and property. We did mot feel safe or comfortable on the premises. Will never return or recommend.

Rooms are incredibly outdated with carpet stains and mildew-y showers. Had some weird interactions with the front desk staff. One of our rooms smelled so musty and old. I love that this is a historical building but they need to update the rooms. Also, windows don’t close all the way. Also they say free parking but there is nowhere near enough parking for guests so it’s useless.

It was clean. Friendly staff. The complimentary breakfast was okay. The only thing that I didn't like, and was not aware of prior to my arrival, was that it is a 4 story building with no elevator. My room was on the 4th floor.
