Nothing seemed too much trouble, and they did everything they could to make our stay a good one. Our room was a good size and spotlessly clean. Lo único que nos sorprendio e incómodo fue que en una estancia de 3 NOCHES, la habitación nunca se limpió, ni siquiera se sacó la basura o se cambiaron las toallas. Es una lástima si falta de limpieza ya que nuestra calificación hubiera sido mucho mejor si esto no hubiera pasado”

“Lovely setting, great welcome, food superb, staff friendly and helpful We had the suite (kingfisher) which was an excellent room except for a radiator being stuck on in the bathroom. The lady in charge (lovely lass) managed to get it sorted as the outside temp was up in the 30’s!!! If I have any criticism of the room, a little use of bleach would have gone a long way but please don’t let that put you off. The place is very very good.
