“The staff was warm, smiley, and courteous. There was an issue with the room, and it was handled quickly and efficiently. The rooms were spacious and clean. The hotel owner was a pleasant person who came to talk with us, gave us tips on where to travel, and asked for our suggestions on how to improve the hospitality. It was definitely an excellent experience in Crete, and we will surely return there next time.”

“Very clean and accommodating resort, short of no amenities. Staff are extra attentive and make you feel extremely comfortable especially when travelling with kids. Staff are amazing - arrived early and they did everything they possibly can to get the room ready well ahead of check in time which was great. Daily buffet changes offering a huge variety of food even for the fussiest eater.”

“Ein tolles Apartment mit Klima und Smart TV. Mit großer Terrasse und Blick aufs Meer und den Hafen. Nach einer Woche bekamen wir neue Bettwäsche und neue Handtücher. Auch wenn der Pub unterhalb lange geöffnet hat war es im Zimmer nicht zu hören.”
