What really impressed me about the hotel was the extra details everywhere to make it really welcoming and easy for families. Toys, games, high chairs, ramps and accesible options - and even some secret doors for elves & fairies hidden around the place. “Nice for an over night stay.”

“What a delightful cosy rooms with showerrooms. Comfortable beds, with well insulation blinds/ curtain for the strong summer sun. Room was copl at night, and good bathroom facilities. We were going to be late, and staff rang to check on our progress. Staff waited until we arrived and showed us our rooms. Breakfast was included but the choice and want we were entitled too was a not clear. Cooked breakfast meals very delicious and tasty.”

“Only stayed for the one night room was big enough couldn’t turn on the shower but wasn’t that bad as had the bath and I’m sure if I had called them I’m sure they would of come and sorted it out staff was amazing very friendly would definitely stay again”

“After being told it is £5 per night to park i questioned this as it was not mentioned anywhere else. I was just ignored. Taken to room at top of hotel. 6 flights if stairs. What if I was not able. Never asked about my health. No AC or fans in room. Room overlooked another building full of seagulls that never stopped calling. Dead young on the roof. No shelves in bathroom for toiletries no hook on door for robes etc, dusty dirty windows. Breakfast was a joke. No cereals only 1 x type of drink...
