“Unfortunately another disappointing night at the Inn. Went for a meal, again staffing issues with chefs resulting in quite a few things not being available. I thought there was a wedding function going on as every now and then loud music would blast through the restaurant area but it was just the music coming from the kitchen area as the doors swung open and closed. Sadly in need of a makeover.”

“Room was very large & clean. However, the double bed was 2 singles pushed together. Additionally , there was a wheel missing from one corner, which made the bed lopsided, with the mattress overhanging the side. Not at all conducive to a great nights sleep! As the reception is unmanned most of the day we couldn’t even report it! Check in experience left much to be desired. The member of staff who checked us in was also working as a bar tender. “Really comfortable, quiet and clean bedroom, the bathroom was on the small side and not as nice as the rest of the room (still nice enough). The staff were friendly but seemed very busy so they just gave us the key and pointed us in the direction of the outbuiling where our bedroom was located. If you have heavy luggage or struggle with stairs our room would not be for you as there were some very steep stairs.”

“Hotel is not maintained well. Room is more or less clean. Only little dust. Everywhere scratches at the wall. Not working lamps. Mold in the shower as the air system is not working well in the bathroom. Restaurant is a desaster. The food is ok - nothing special. But the staff is not capable at all to manage the restaurant. Dirty tables, long waiting times, do not remember what you have ordered. And the restaurant is expensive on top. Never again.”

“Upon checking in was greeted by an unfriendly team member who was not welcoming. There is no lift in this hotel so we had to take our luggage down stairs and then upstairs which was horribly inconvenient. The room was ok but with no air conditioning it was much hotter inside than it was outside. There was a fan in the room that could have been turned on for us but wasn’t.
