Victor (staff) was very helpful, friendly and professional. Suggested good restaurants. Yes several other staff members were very helpful as well just don’t remember the names.

They oversold rooms - so my two night reservation that was booked months ago was canceled and I ended up having to spend twice as much for my stay. Really disappointing and makes me want to stop using this service.
