“Nice and comfy room. Friendly and helpful staff. I also liked that you can easily get a snack or drink at reception at any time. I would only suggest to add something else to the complimentary breakfast, some more food options but I can’t complain.”

“Habíamos reservado 3 habitaciones y al llegar solo les quedaban dos, me pareció un gesto muy feo y tuvimos que repartirnos entre las otras dos. Al día siguiente el manager fue amable y nos dio 3 suites y unas bebidas de cortesía por las molestias y no nos cobraron la habitación que compartimos. Gracias a eso la puntuación no es menor pero el inconveniente le sufrimos y lo peor de todo no fue que ganarán dinero vendiendo una habitacion reservada sino que si no hubiéramos ido nos la hubieran...

“Really nice hotel set in beautiful grounds. Very comfortable and good sized room. All the staff I encountered during my stay were helpful and friendly. Food was lovely as well. All in all a very nice few days. Booked in again for my next business trip to Derby. Would definitely recommend to others.”

“The room was large and very comfortable with mix of modern and traditional to suit the old building. The bathroom was spotless and beautiful. We had to be out before breakfast normal serving time. The staff were amazing and spoke to the chef who allowed us to have an earlier breakfast. The porridge was delicious and creamy best I can remember.”

“Easy to find managed to park on premises but there are not many parking spaces. Theres plenty of off street parking. Hotel is clean and staff friendly. ”
