“Our room was well maintained and we like staying in unique, historic properties. A bath in the nook in front of the window seemed a little strange. We thought a sofa with a coffee table would be a more relaxing option after a day of sightseeing. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The state of the beer garden is a shame. “This was our third visit to the Fisherman's Cot and the first time for an overnight stay. There is a good selection of food at reasonable prices and very good breakfast. Staff were friendly and polite. We stayed in an annex which was OK but the outside fabric of the building is in need of renovation. Room was fine and clean, although bath panel was heavily water damaged. There is scope to improve decor (pictures on the wall for example) to give a more homely feel”

“Perfect for a overnight stop on our way down to Penzance, Roof was excellent as was the bed . A little noise from the busy main road but certainly not a problem. We would definitely stay here again and also dog friendly. Perfect!”

“I had a really wonderful time staying here. The breakfast was very tasty, the garden was beautiful and I felt really looked after. I would definitely come back again! Only small issue was the parking. Luckily it is not busy so there is parking at the back but I can feel this might come to issue since it's a small car park and you dont want to park on the side of the road but tbh this is very minor and it's a bit nitpicking as I have really enjoyed my stay.”

“Me gustó. El personal muy amable! 🤗”
