This was my first time at a Holiday Inn Express and I was pleasantly surprised. The staff at this hotel are so friendly and nice. I highly recommend this hotel. Clean, great house keeping staff, main desk staff are lovely. Breakfast regularly turned over and fresh.

Overall a nice hotel close to the city centre of Exeter. The staff was nice and the hotel was nice and clean. The rooms are to small for a family of four (two adults and two small children).

Check in and check out was smoothe . Room was clean and very comfortable. Charlotte at reception was extremely helpful in advising me of places around the area to grab dinner. Did not fancy the free breakfast, crossaints were stale and scrambled eggs were lacking in taste. Good location, a 10-15 min walk from the high street area, and less than 10 min walk to the quay area where there are many restaurants. Overall, I would recommend this hotel.

Nice reception area and a wide range of breakfast choices including a nicely cooked hot buffet. The Staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was clean and well laid out for my stay. The shower was spacious and there were plenty of towels and shampoo, plus soap dispensers.

We had a great stay. Everything was excellent- staff were very kind, the place was very clean and well maintained. The breakfast was very generous with plenty of options to choose from.
