“The hotel is not in Oxford, is actually 30 minutes drive from the actual city and just a few rooms have air conditioning. If you plan to come during summer, the rooms are quite hot.”

“We had to change rooms because of a blocked shower drain, which would not have been a problem, however, the room we were being moved to had to be cleaned by the house keeping team and there was a lack of communication in getting the this expedited as quickly as possible. Eventually it was down to me to talk with the cleaning team to get this room cleaned which was very frustrating and used up a lot of time on a three day break. “Very good location and attentions”

“Not sure where the rating comes from but not my idea of a 4 star hotel ! Whilst the size of the room was very generous , no bottled water or enough toiletries for 2 people . The Spa was not particularly clean , a cold Jacuzzi with many missing tiles . Treatment seemed to be cut short of the 25 mins paid for . Afternoon tea was a huge disappointment , again the area looked liked it needed a good clean ! Disappointing that this was due to be a weekend with family at didnt quite turn out as...

“Muy bien está en las afueras de la ciudad cerca del centro peropor ende hay que estar con coche de lo contrario no hay movilizacion”

“Está un poco alejada del Centro. Para ser un Bed and Breakfast, tiene muchas pretensiones. Se me hizo caro, el único desayuno que ofrecen es Continental y está en tres casas victorianas separadas entre si. Poco práctica. Oxford es caro, pero aún así me pareció desproporcionada la tarifa.”
