“Great stay”

“The room was clean and nicely decorated. The sofa bed needs a new mattress as you can feel the springs digging in when you lay on the bed. Staff were friendly and helpful although there was a mix up over the cost of breakfast for children as we were told, ahead of our stay, that under 12’s were half price but aren’t. The bathroom could be revamped to give more space whilst standing in the bath showering - it’s far too small plus having a broken shower bracket resulted in water spraying...

“Stayed here for 2 nights and will definitely stay again! The rooms were nice and cosy, great food options, quiet location, friendly staff and only a few minutes drive from car parks to walk in the New forest. Highly recommend”

“Very nice hotel if you’re cruising from Southampton, which we’ve had the pleasure of visiting a few times . Good facilities, very good breakfast and accommodating staff.”

“Very friendly staff, large room and varied breakfast options. Only downside was the soundproofing in room wasn’t brilliant. We could clearly hear people walking around upstairs and as we have a child, the lady next door started banging on the wall as soon as he made a slight noise.”

“Very helpful and courteous staff, nice accommodation, situated in a nice quiet area”

“The amenities in the room are excellent with lovely bath products and a well stacked tea/coffee tray which includes illy coffee- my favourite. The food is very good ‘pub grub’ with an excellent wine list. Large outside sitting spaces to enjoy the best of the British weather and cozy indoor spaces if the weather is not the best.”

“The hotel was further from Lyndhurst than I expected and although that wasn't an issue, it was further than I anticipated. This for us was the only downside to the stay. The room was cosy and comfortable and somewhat quirky. We loved its uniqueness. The hotel restaurant was lovely and we enjoyed our dinner there on our overnight stay. We would definitely stay again as it was convenient for a stop over before embarking on a cruise the following day from Southampton.”

“La propiedad cuenta con los servicios necesarios ”

“Muy recomendable ”

“El hotel es hermoso , el staff muy àmable y el desayuno muy bueno. Lo único que nos sorprendio e incómodo fue que en una estancia de 3 NOCHES, la habitación nunca se limpió, ni siquiera se sacó la basura o se cambiaron las toallas. Es una lástima si falta de limpieza ya que nuestra calificación hubiera sido mucho mejor si esto no hubiera pasado”
