Chalets en Shaldon

“Fabuloso b&b con anfitriones 10. Habitación cuádruple espaciosa con juguetes para los niños. El desayuno estupendo y la amabilidad de los dueños hacia sentirte como en casa. Perfecto. ”

“It was a wonderful, yet too brief, one night stay. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. Our meal in the informal dining/pub options was nourishing and delicious. The room was clean, large, and bright. We were able to get a room facing back garden and with views. A big pot of tea and a freshly pressed coffee were very nice at breakfast. Local walks on the moor, and to the quarry & rocks and were fab.”

“The room was fairly clean although furniture has seen better days. Seafront views are spectacular. Hotel is a 10 minute walk to city centre which is nice if you want to try various places to eat, also there is a nice south west coast trail near by if you fancy a nice walk. The stay was relatively lovely although I would like to stay in other places with a seafront view if I’m to visit Torquay again”

“Erica welcomed us like family. She took our breakfast order for the next morning (multiple choices) upon check in and walked us to our room. We enjoyed a drink on the patio with excellent view. The chef made an excellent breakfast.”

“Very clean, friendly and helpful host, great breakfast”

“Unique boutique BnB just wonderful.”

“Lovely old hotel with character ideally situated on the sea front,we had a superior room with small balcony to sit out on to enjoy the great views . Good size car park at very reasonable price. Excellent buffet breakfast. We had two 3 course evening meals, beautifully cooked, good service. Rooms a little dated, smallish bathroom but had everything needed. All the staff were cheery, friendly and helpful --we had a problem with the TV, the receptionist came up and sorted it straightaway. A very...

“No room service available.”

“The hotel is only about a year old so the building and all the fittings and furniture are in as-new condition. The staff were all cheerful and a delight to work with. The food was good both breakfast and the evening meals. The location right on the foreshore is attractive with lovely views of the sunrise but it is well away from the centre of Torquay. When I arrived Google maps had the location 300 metres too close to the main part of Torquay so you need to check this before setting a route.”

“Disappointed to find things broken in the room on check-in and dirty drawers and carpet. No where to out toiletry bag in bathroom. To be charged £15 a night for parking as we didn't book directly is ridiculous as therebis free parking on the road outside and a m permit carpark next door that charges less.”
