“After 20 min queing for check in, the recepcionist takes our ID and says: “you are coming through Expedia right?, so there is no room for you. You need to go to another hotel”. All this with our booking confirmation in hands. No way to negociate. No apologize. People behind us got their room, probably because they were Germans. First time in my 20 years of travel it happens to me. Such an horrible way to treat people. ”

“Alle waren freundlich und unkompliziert; bekamen ungefragt ein upgrade, weil gerade niemand erreichbar war bei Ankunft - war alles in Ordnung! Restaurant war So/Mo geschlossen - somit keine Bewertung möglich; Frühstück war gut”

“Beautiful quiet forest setting. Needs an easier after hours (night) entry. Very friendly and efficient staff. Kitchen needs to be isolated from hallway for sanitary reasons.”
