The "room" i got shouldn't be considered a room more like a large closet converted into a room. I'm 5'6" and the room was maybe a foot wider than I'm tall, the bathroom was rather small and the entrance to the shower was barely wider than i am. No elevator available, a bit steep staircase, barely enough power outlets available to plug your own devices into, lamps that weren't plugged in. Not my first choice if I was to go back.

The contactless check in was confusing and difficult. The was no one at the desk, inside a locked door. Opening the doors was weird and no instructions. The room smelled of bug spray so strongly it was hard to sleep. No instructions on checking out, just had to guess.

Das Hotel befindet sich in einem guten Zustand, und sowohl die Zimmer als auch die öffentlichen Bereiche sind sauber und gepflegt. Leider wurde dieser positive Eindruck stark durch den Service getrübt. Ich hatte ausdrücklich ein Zimmer mit Blick auf den Garten gebucht. Beim Check-In erhielt ich jedoch ein Zimmer zur Straße. Als ich darauf hinwies, wurde mir vom Personal lediglich gesagt, ich solle mir „den Garten eben denken“. Diese Bemerkung empfand ich als absolut unverschämt, respektlos und völlig fehl am Platz. Eine Lösung oder Unterstützung wurde nicht angeboten. Das Verhalten des Personals war in diesem Moment weder serviceorientiert noch kundenfreundlich. Aufgrund dieser Erfahrung kann ich das Hotel trotz der ansonsten guten Gebäude- und Zimmerqualität nicht weiterempfehlen.

Sehr freundliches Personal, Zimmer toll eingerichtet, leckeres Frühstück! Allerdings wenig Parkplätze vorm Hotel, sodass man auf einem anderen Parkplatz auf der anderen Straßenseite parken muss. Es hat bei der Abreise ziemlich geregnet…ohne Schirm war das nicht gut!
