Vacations Close To Sayulita Beach

The property was beautiful. The pool could use a cleaning. I did not like how step the street was . Too far from the Malecon. Ended up only stay 1 night and left to another hotel closer to the Malecon.

The Property and the room looked exceptional and unique with the design, the few issues were that upon arrival you have to wait for the concierge so they can suck you into signing up for a presentation next day to sign up for a membership. Also that all the Restaurants were not open, making it hard to book a reservation. Last thing was the beach access was very little for the amount of properties they have combined.

The hotel was not what we thought it would be. It seemed old and out of date. The hotel itself was small and not a lot of things to do or offered. The swim up bar which we were looking forward to was in the kids section of the swimming pool and the adult pool did not have one. Our room seemed clean but my friend that slept in their pull out couch was bitten repeatedly by bed bugs almost every night. When we called to inform the staff they reputed my concern and blamed it on mosquitoes but I did not have one mosquito bite on me. We were moved to another room but that room smelled damp and unclean. The food offered was not great and their selection was very little. I did not like that we were only allowed to eat at two of their 5 restaurants when it’s an all inclusive resort. The first restaurant we ate was bad and not appealing. The second Spanish restaurant was better. I would say their staff was polite and attending but other than that this hotel was not good. I will definitely not be going back or recommending this hotel to anyone.

The staff that I dealt with were all very friendly and helpful, however several did not speak much english. Room did not look like pictures, was a bit run down. All restaurants are outside where there are lots of birds trying to eat the food, and food options were a bit limited. The beach area is quite small, and during high tide there is no room to sit on the beach at all. I think this place is best suited for Spanish speaking families looking for a quiet trip, however if you do not speak Spanish, or are looking for more activities on the resort, this is not the place
