Vacations Close To Punta de Mita Beach

The property was beautiful. The pool could use a cleaning. I did not like how step the street was . Too far from the Malecon. Ended up only stay 1 night and left to another hotel closer to the Malecon.

We like the food the service is excellent the waitress and waiters are very friendly

The staff that I dealt with were all very friendly and helpful, however several did not speak much english. Room did not look like pictures, was a bit run down. All restaurants are outside where there are lots of birds trying to eat the food, and food options were a bit limited. The beach area is quite small, and during high tide there is no room to sit on the beach at all. I think this place is best suited for Spanish speaking families looking for a quiet trip, however if you do not speak Spanish, or are looking for more activities on the resort, this is not the place

I really enjoy this hotel. The location is great. Beach is nice, resort is small. We did notice it was a lot busier in September than February and staff were not quite as friendly as they were. But I do need to call out a few that stand out- servers- Oscar, Luis, David. And the tall chef at teppanyaki, he was fabulous!! The lady who works at the royal desk is so friendly and helpful. There was a great female server in Royal too. Armando in entertainment is always entertaining and he said everything in English so we understood. Our teenage daughter even enjoyed it.

The hotel rooms are not security mi roon was so easy to go in wits no Keys i was scare

We had a good time. Would recommend.
