“Beautiful place. Check in was a bit of a struggle . As no confirmation email nor text with instructions were received and multiple calls were needed to be made . To finally receive it via WhatsApp. Internet was also an obstacle. Did end up connecting to an alternative connection . “Booking was confirmed. Did not receive any further communication from hosts. Arrived at the property last evening despite wrong address given. Property all locked up so no access. Tried to call and message hosts for an hour and a half to no avail. Had to find so where else to stay last night. Very very hacked off and have demanded a full refund but nearly 24 hours later have not heard from them. DO NOT BOOK this property.”
