Quick trip for a birthday but hotel was clean & nice. Beds were comfortable & pillows too!! Huge shower.

At check-in Dthani was extremely helpful. Sh explained everything clearly and was so pleasant to talk to. The room was beautiful and very clean. Only draw back was that the Shark Reef sounded like it was included. We went there as there was a fee. Also, thought the Inner tube would be free only to find out we had to buy them. The pool area was very impressive. I

Understanding this property is in the midst of a renovation, I appreciated extra perks like complimentary coffee with your key in the transforming coffee shop in lobby across from construction. The guest experience from the room however was less than ideal. QR codes and endless AI bot selections by phone for extra towels, pillows, and a medical fridge that took you in circles was frustrating. The app was untenable, thankfully the staff member who finally got on the phone helped work it out, however there was a huge convention checking in and it seemed like staffing wasn't adequate for the amount of guests coming in. The hot water in the shower was another miss as it was non existent. . . Lukewarm showers are not my idea of luxury.
