“Hotel Aima was a great place to spend 4 days in Tokyo. Large room including a queen bed, kitchenette, washer/dryer, dining table and sofa. Staff were very helpful. Only 100 m to the steps to Ueno Station, which easily connects to practically anywhere. A few minutes extra walk and you access the local markets or the large gardens & zoo.”

“We stayed at Illi Nuta Shinjuku. They switched us from Illi Tas Shinjuku because apparently something needed to be done on the property. At first, the communication through Expedia messaging was abit slow, hard to get reply from the property. However, I was able to contact property management by phone and they were very responsive.
