It is 1 hour train ride from Tokyo station, other than that it is great place for affordable price, we stayed as family, kitchen laundry and other amenities were excellent, very clean, walkable to train station

When we stayed in japan we stayed in 4 different hotels. This one was by far the cleanest and largest hotel we stayed in. The beds were bigger, there were separate rooms for the toilet and the sink/shower. There was a projector built into the ceiling light (pretty cool feature though we didn’t get to use it much). It is located nice and close to the airport if you are either flying in or out of Haneda. It is a good distance from Shibuya/Shinjuku though around 45-50 minute train ride. Overall 5 stars. Will definitely stay here again when coking back.

My friend and I enjoyed out brief stay at the seed INN. My only complaint was that the light up sign for the establishment was right outside our window, which let in a lot of light at night. And there were no blackout curtains. Not good if you didn’t bring a sleeping eye mask. Other than that, from check-in to check-out, the process was streamlined and the property well maintained.

Communication with the host before and after checking in was good. During our 7 days’ stay, we requested for ONE extra pillow but to no avail, and the complementary coffee was NEVER AVAILABLE because the machine was that maintained - waste water catchment was forever full and coffee ground not disposed. Do no chance of having their free coffee.

Pros: The room we rent was spacious, with kitchenette, small fridge and even a washing/dryer machine. The hotel is located in a quiet area, near two train stations. Cons: The check in process could be better. By Japanese law, visitors need to register with personal information and also a copy of the passport. This hotel has no front desk and you have to do self-check in which was ok, the difficult part is when I need to show the passport in front of the camera from the tablet, the table had trouble to take picture or recognize the passport. This can be improved, we had to go through the same process for everyone in my family. But once checked in, we loved the place.

Very clean room, and lots of items were included in our package including vacuum cleaner, iron, plates and utensils, rice cooker, cooking pans, laundry detergent, dishwashing liquid, and shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. They even include the trash liners and replaceable filter for the kitchen sink drain. We didn't need to buy these at all, which was very helpful. It is very close to the train station, 7-11 store, grocery store, and clinic and many other places. It is also very quiet in the area, which is a big plus.

After our long overseas travel when we went there with senior citizens, we did the online checking in, their door system didn’t work and we were not able to get in. We stayed at the door for 3 hours and tried to call and text them several times. Finally we found another place to stay. We paid for Uber, we paid for the new place and we were not able to use our evening for any fun activity. We need our money back. Hours later we received a text that sorry I missed your text. No other communications.

良い点 1.糀谷駅まで歩いて5.6分ほどの距離で早朝便でも間に合うので助かりました。 2.近隣ビジネスホテルよりに泊まるよりも広く費用面でも抑えられる点はよかったです。 疑問に思う点など 1.事前チェックインで全員分の顔写真を撮影しましたが、再度チェックインの際に撮影が必要だったので面倒でした。セルフチェックインに慣れていないため面倒に感じました。 チェックアウトは簡単でした。 2.チェックイン後部屋でないところに靴を置くのに抵抗がありました。 3.free coffeeのコーナーが入ってすぐにありましたが、コップがなく、飲めませんでした。本来コップ設置されていたであろう場所に2.3センチの虫が動かない状態でいました。 入って早々汚い印象を受けてしまいました。 4.和室近くのドアを開けるとベランダがありましたが、なぜか敷布団と掛け布団が外に置かれていて、外に置いたものを使っているのではないかととても不安になりました。 5.部屋のドアを開けるときのパスワードが事前にお聞きしていたものと違い焦りました。 2回案内があり、1度目の案内では間違った案内、2回目の案内では正しいパスワードが記載されていたので入室できました。 一度目の案内のみをメモされている方は入れない方もいるのではと感じました。 その他 使い捨てスリッパが欲しかったです。
