Finding the spot was a bit tricky and I had to call to get the password for the door but overall the room was clean and spacious and a great price and is located around a lot of restaurants and 3 min away from the train station

very nice room, enough space for 4 adults. cold A/C, hot showers, and good food next door! a hidden building, we asked someone to help us find it, and has very steep steps to get to the room. (they’re doing construction right outside the window, not sure for how long)

Overall an excellent stay with enough space for two adults and two reenagers. We arrived not knowing how we would check in as numerous messages had gone unaddressed. It transpired that there was a tablet mounted on the wall where we put our booking reference. We then scanned our passports and filled out the forms and thence got the code for the door to our accomodation. The place was nice and clean with good facilities and good air-con in both bedrooms. The location was great and very close to a number of train stations and there were lots of places to eat. It was also a short walk away from a reasonably big supermarket called OK. Would we stay here again. . yes we would

Our family of 5 (2 adults, 3 kids) stayed here during a quick two day trip to Tokyo. We found the area to have great restaurants and the grocery store was located nearby. There was a helpful map and instructions on lights, air conditioning and the area which was super convenient. The place itself is very small but we knew that when we made the booking. I'd stay here again for sure.

The room was clean, bed were super comfortable, once you got hang of the ac it gives the perfect heat, water pressure and hot water was great, stove made a little noise when in use. Loved the extra mini pillows. The location of the hotel was perfect it was in the middle of everything of what we wanted to do in Japan. Also love all the restaurants all around and the family mart and 7 eleven is just around the corner. The train station is only about 4 5-8 min depending on which station you take which was great. We were definitely leaving late a couple times cuz we slept so good. The WiFi is okay slow at times. The washer and dryer is coin operated which is okay. The washing powder was rlly nice and it cleaned our clothes and left them softer. The dryer is best with non-thick clothes, it dryers the little stuff quick but stuff like jeans and hoodies need to be taken out and put back in once the lighter stuff is done.

The surrounding were fun and safe. This property is hard to find, better directions should accompany details. It was easy to enter with the code. Having luggage was difficult to get up the stairs. Also, the laundry was not free, there was a charge, so take some change.

Prime location, but not clean, poor communication

Overall, this place was good. The location is what really made it good. The apartment itself was dirty. There was a lot of dust, it looked like the floor hadn’t been mopped in a while, and it looked like the bare minimum was done for cleaning. It would be nice if it was detailed cleaned after each stay. The communication was not good. They made it required to call on the phone in order to get any information about how to check into the hotel. Since it is unmanned, you need a code to enter the room. I had to use my personal phone abroad, which costs money for each minute, in order to get the check in instructions emailed to me. Why not just email it to me in the first place? Also, on the phone, communication was done entirely in Japanese. I feel sorry for those who cannot speak any Japanese trying to communicate. Again, the best part about this stay was the location. But communication and cleanliness could use a lot of improvement.

Great location, tons of places to eat close by. A grocery store a few minutes walk. 20 minute walk to Tokyo Tower. Five minute walk to the subway. Had everything we needed, laundry was helpful. Hard to find it first, off of a side alley. Would definitely stay here again.

Great spot in central Tokyo.

It’s a great location, easy access from the Yamanote line. Great shower with amazing water pressure. Lots of plugs with each bed for charging.

清潔感のある室内で過ごし易かったです。 飲食店街の中央にあるイメージなので、とても便利ですが、遅い時間帯まで騒がしさを感じさせる場合もあると推察しますので、静けさを必要とされる方には不向きと思います。 洗濯機と乾燥機はありますが、コイン式（有料）の為、使う場合は100円玉 4枚は事前に準備しておくことをお勧めします。

L’hébergement n’est pas simple à trouver mais pratique pour les transports et les restaurants mais bruyant. Un peu petit pour trois. Ça passe avec des enfants mais je le déconseille pour trois adultes. Check in et check out autonomes et très simples !

子連れで利用しました。清潔で過ごしやすかったです。洗面所に手洗い石鹸が備えてあればなお良かったです。周辺は繁華街で、大人であればご飯には困らなそうでした。そして、その割に静かでした。エレベータはないので、荷物を運ぶのは少し大変でした。この辺りの用があるときはまた利用したいです。
