Saint-Hubert Vacation Packages for 2026

Comfortable and unique hotel room

Close to the Bell Center where we attended a concert, parking wasn’t worth the hotel but close by and inexpensive! It was like an apartment for a couple of days, really lovely and convenient!

.

The hotel and room is nice. The check in time was unusually late and check out time was unusually late (6 hours in between) - made my two day stay feel like own day tbh! and they put a $500 hold on my card for incidentals and that was excessive in my opinion. Most Impressed, I was a disappointed how the staff handled the loss of my hat. I called the hotel immediately after i left the hotel realizing i left my hat at the coat hanger. No one picked up the phone despite calling the front desk several times. I sent an email immediately but no response either for 24 hours and when they responded, they simply said that they didnt find my hat. It wasnt an expensive hat but it was one i had for a long time and loved and they took no responsibility and left me high and dry. This was very consistent with the handling of every question I asked during our stay. Not rude but not helpful and unengaged and not interest in helping guests. For the price they charge, I would have expected better and more engaged handling of guest needs. Definitely not going to stay there again.
