Vacations Close To Saint Edward State Park

We booked through hotels.com and upon arrival were given a room that we designated we did not want due to complications climbing stairs. We were told there were no other rooms available but continued to reassure the staff member that I could not climb the spiral stairs to the bedroom she finally found another room. The room was very weathered, wall paper peeling in bathroom, drapes tattered, fridge very cold as was the air conditioning. House keeping on request only but ran into them in hallway and got extra towels and toilet paper. Didn’t try the restaurant next door, not affiliated with hotel but menu looked good. Parking was $15 a night, check out was noon. All in all not a bad stay, decent location, staff was nice and professional.

great hidden gem, central, good location, has an elevator that goes into whole foods for munchies. recommended.

Dirty rooms , had hair in shower in bed

10/10 recommend. Great location with ten minute walk to space needle and ten minute walk other direction to pike place. also 15 minute walk from monorail/train station. Wonderful court yard to have your coffee which is available every morning or water. Both taste great. I refilled my bottle every time I left or returned. The kitchenette has all your essentials with microwave and mini fridge. Exceptionally cleaned and smelled great in the room and hallways. The staff is wonderful and helpful.

This place was pricey for us, but worth it for the 2 days we were there, it’s literally right on the pike market place, 5 min to pier where there’s a lot to see and do and eat, 5-10min walk to monorail to go to space needle and gardens

We were very excited to stay here for three days and really didn't mind the $500+ a day to stay there. But as we went on in our stay, the excitement faded. The staff was very nice, and much of my complaints were beyond their ability to resolve, but I just expected more for the price. The hotel is beautiful, and the suite that we had was awesome. I really liked the rooms setup, with two full baths that made the stay of three people very comfortable. My complaints are just that (again, out of the staff;s control) the hotel has only two elevators, and one was out of order the three nights that we stayed. Now that seems small, but the remaining elevator only holds 6 people comfortably, less if they have luggage, and the hotel is very busy, so getting up and down took a lot of time and required patience. So, with the elevator down and patience needed, I wanted a drink, and on one of the days, the bar/restaurant was closed all day due to technical problems. Now, if I was management, I would have at least allowed cash and beer sales. These are just my opinions and and when I got the entire bill for three nights ($1,700) they were confirmed. A nice place, but maybe not worth the price when I could have stayed elsewhere for a better stay for less.

I loved the decor of my room—amazing taste and carefully curated. You can see that the spacious standard room is already outstanding. Also, the bathroom is one of a kind, with a separate toilet and shower, and mirrors everywhere. The restaurant is a great place for drinks and jazz music. Valet works like a glove. The only thing I missed was the spa, because I couldn't schedule a massage there.
