Vacations Close To Paramount Theatre

This space was not accurately reflected in the pictures posted online: dirty scuffed walls, stores not vacuumed, dark, stained couch, damaged blinds. Not a positive experience.

We have stayed here before and I’m telling you it is worth it. Desk personnel was very helpful and the room was all they advertised it to be. We actually got an upgrade. 😊😊

We have stayed here many times over the years. Will not back. The bar with the big widows looking on 4th and Olive is fun, but deferred maintenance in the guest rooms is a serious probelm. Carpet in our room had a foot long gash. It was faded badly. Mattress should have been swapped out years ago - one side was like sleeping in a trough. View from our delux king was of HVAC, which was also noisy. Some days they are short staffed. When we arrived there was just one person at the desk and one valet. No house cleaning one day. The staff is friendly, but someone is avoiding so much maintenace that w will stay somewhere else. Sad to have to write this - in years past, the Mayflower was delightful.
