Vacations Close To Safari Adventure

The area is good but the hotel is on a busy main road. The corridors are spacious but the hotel rooms are tiny - hardly space to open a suitcase. The floors were sticky and there is an extra fee for daily room cleaning. We were very disappointed and moved hotel after one night. The hotel refused any reimbursement.

Staff was excellent and friendly. Room was small but if you are like us and spend your time exploring the city that is not an issue. Our view was of the inner courtyard and because we were on the tenth floor we could see the sky but not the ground. I rationalized this by thinking we wouldn’t hear too many sirens or street noises on this side of the building. Pro tip: for the showers to work, you need to pull down on the ring at the tip of the faucet. Overall a nice vibe but minimum amenities. Parking not included was a bid add to our cost. Being very close to Times Square and Theaters was a bonus.

Staff was great. Room could have been cleaner.

The hotel was ok. There could be a few updates, floor in the room was starting to fall apart and needs replaced. Staff was friendly, room clean, and would stay here again.

King size bed is not actually as big as a standard US king bed

Our room was a door behind another door. It was very small. There was construction in the front lobby. Otherwise, it was conveniently located.

Beautiful property with a great aesthetic
