Vacations Close To Jamesport Farm Brewery

I’ll be honest, the reviews for this hotel are very harsh. The hotel is actually very nice. There was no unpleasant smell like I read in some of the reviews here. The bathroom had been renovated. Yes, the room is small, but it’s NYC after all… The location is very, very good, and the price is one of the cheapest in Manhattan ($700 CAD for 3 nights right in the middle of August). Of course, there are city taxes to pay upon arrival, but that’s normal too. The only downside is that the air conditioning is a little noisy in the room. Overall, at this price, it’s perfect. I would definitely stay here again.

Property and rooms were clean and the air conditioning was great. The staff was extremely helpful, and the location was close enough to Times Square without being in the middle of all the chaos.

The bellman/staff was very helpful and I appreciate him. I can’t wait to visit again so I can find him and give him a big tip because I had so many bags and luggage in my hands and I was waiting over an hour for an Uber and he hailed us a cab to get to my car. I forgot to tip him but I need him to know he was the best and I’ll be back soon and will reward him.

Great stay from start to finish! The hotel was comfortable, and welcoming, and the staff was friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely return!

We would recommend this hotel for it's convenient location to most major attractions. We were able to walk to everything we wanted to see. There was a variety of restaurants and food options and endless shops. Access to transportation was easy..The space was clean, comfortable with friendly, helpful staff.

One of the two elevators not working was a downer. 15 to 20 minutes waiting to go to my room after check in was a bigger downer. Deciding to climb up the stairs to the sixth floor in a hotel to avoid waiting for the elevator several times was even more of a downer.
