“Standards of the hotel throughout were excellent, an error on Expedia was handled professionally and expertly by the team, testament to their service levels. Had a brief chat with the hotel owner & his passion for service shone through. The continental breakfast was amazing & Riad attached to the hotel was also outstanding. You can guarantee if I come to Manchester/Liverpool I will be looking for Parr Bank. Place smells amazing too.”

“My daughter and I stayed in the Orme lodge, it was lovely. Nice and warm, squirrels outside the windows. Hot tub is just a hot tub - not one with bubbles! so don't look for a button to press lol Very peaceful. If you go with kids (i went with teenager) then maybe take a laptop to watch netflix etc on. wifi connection great. Don't wear sliders on your feet when trying to do the fire or else you will slip on the mud which is hilarious to a teenager btw. Hot tub takes about 4 hours to...
