“Absolutely not what I expected. It's a beautiful hotel, but a dirty room is just a no go!! I saw one staff member. Automated check in is a pain”

“No elevator. We booked two (2) rooms that ended up on the 2nd and 3rd floor, narrow staircase,...Major issue, but understand it's a small local hotel that can't afford it. Then why does it charge the same as anything else? Can't have it both ways. No A/C, fans provided but when you're at the top of the building, it gets the most heat. With windows open, a great deal of road noise right next to it. Restaurant was great, but there are few choices nearby.”
