The room and Hotel were very clean. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Only a small walk to the train station and easy to get in to Munich. Plenty of dining options around the area and a laundrette nearby. The only problem was the air conditioning in our room wasn’t working properly and the room got warm and humid when we were out. We would definitely stay there again if in the area ( if the aircon was working).

Very nice hotel. What made this a 5 star rating is the gentleman working the front desk at 0500. I was uncomfortable walking to the train station which is about a ten min walk, at that hour. I went to the ground floor to leave and there was a man standing outside the door looking very interested in getting in the hotel. I went back to the reception desk. I told the gentleman what I saw and that I wasn’t comfortable walking with luggage to the station. He checked the security camera and saw what I was talking about and immediately called a taxi. He then escorted me to the car and stayed until I was inside the taxi. Please send along my appreciation and thanks. Yeah, the cab was €10 but it was money well spent.

Es gibt überhaupt nichts zu bestanden, es war alles perfekt. Einzig (beim ersten Ankommen) bemerkenswert, daß das Hotel erst im 1. Stock beginnt (dort befindet sich die Rezeption). Die Nähe zum Bahnhof (1 Busstation oder 10 Minuten zu Fuß) ist optimal. Auch wenn direkt an der Bahn gelegen hört man von dieser nichts. Nähe zur Innenstadt (Rathaus alias "Polizei") sehr gut. Wenn man unbedingt "ein Haar in der Suppe sucht": im Zimmer war kein Kleiderkasten. Ist mir erst bei der Abreise aufgefallen, da ich für 1 Nacht nur mit kleiner Tasche gereist bin. Kleiderhaken zum Hemden und Sakko aufhängen sind vorhanden. Jedenfalls: gerne wieder !!!!

Premier Inn Hotel in Rosenheim ist ein gutes, ziemlich neues Hotel. Positiv: Gute Lage in der Nähe vom Bahnhof (ca. 500 Meter), sauberes Zimmer, bequeme Bette, Wasserkocher im Zimmer, gute Isolierfenster, Edeka zum Einkaufen vor Ort. Negativ: keinen Kühlschrank im Zimmer, Frühstück ist sehr teuer, Zimmerreinigung nur auf Anfrage, teuer in der Hauptsaison. Ich würde diesem Hotel 8 Punkte von 10 vergeben.

Der Empfang an der Rezeption war wenig engagiert, bzgl der Nachfrage eines geeigneten Parkplatzes für unseren VW-Bus (für TG zu hoch). Haben wir dann doch nach längerer Suche etwas gefunden. Zimmer sehr sauber, Betten sehr bequem, Hotel im sehr guten Zustand und ruhig. Stadtzentrum fussläufig in 10 Minuten erreichbar.
