Room was clean and felt very Bavarian with wood details. Shower was a bit small for us tall women people. Food at dinner was amazing (get the sausages and potato salad!) as was breakfast. Staff super helpful even for us whose German is minimal. The downside is it was hot in our room (only 21 degrees outside), even with the fan and windows all open. And the pillows weren’t great - large thin ones you had to fold in half like a taco. We didn’t sleep super well unfortunately.

Local Inn, Local Flavors

We were looking for a typical local inn for a one night stay, and we found it! The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The restaurant gets their food from the on site butcher shop, so everything is fresh and good quality. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent stop while travelling

We were on a two day drive and this was an excellent place to stop. Although the parking was almost full there was no feeling of a place with too many people neither for dinner nor for breakfast. Big room.
