“Hotel is dated and room was small. Remodeling attempts had a few shortcomings. TV remote did not work, so we had to put a shirt over the screen because we couldn't turn it off. But the beds were comfortable, the room was quiet, and the shower worked. That's all I needed.”

“This is a nice hotel. The waitstaff was helpful, the rooms were clean. The hotel even had a "new" smell. The breakfast was acceptable: eggs, potatoes, coffee, waffles...the typical stuff you'd get with a continental breakfast. I will say that I was impressed with how quickly the hot water came on in the bathroom. Both in the shower and the sink. I would stay here again.”

“The staff were wonderful and all were kind. The pool was salt water and great to use. You are right by a walking path that leads to all the great stores downtown. There is a small path right by the pool doors that lead to Lake Superior and you can get into the lake. The rooms are very clean and quiet. Overall, I highly recommend staying here,”

“Great location in downtown Marquette, in a building from the early 20th century. The pub is great, with excellent food; it opens at 4 pm. There is no restaurant service before that time, but there are good options within walking distance, and my room had a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker, so I made breakfasts there. There was no housekeeping during a one-week stay, which I liked, since I was working online most mornings. Staff provides towels, coffee, etc. on request. I enjoyed the view from...
