Entire facility needs updates. Hot tub was on but no bubbles, disgusting. Plugs don't work. Bathroom plug had a broken end of a plug hanging out of it. Ironic that the plants in pool area were dead from dryness? Pool area was cold. Breakfast was sad. Staff was friendly. But one person cannot run it all as we learned when our key would not work after a visit to the pool and we waited alone at the front desk for 15 minutes. Not recommended.

The wall was actually split, and about ready to lose a paper plate size area. The biscuits and gravy was very good, but there wasn’t any eggs of any kind to go along with it. Just not quite up to par with most of the Quality Inns I’ve stayed at. However, the bed was comfortable, and I got a good nights sleep, which is what was the most important thing to me.

It was okay, definitely dated but what do you expect in the UP. Breakfast wasn’t very good. Room was clean. I am pretty sure I heard a rodent in the bathroom wall. Tub diverter needs replaced only got half of the water to come out of the shower head. There is definitely long term occupants, but they were quiet and respectful. It was winter so it wasn’t busy at all.
