Vacations Close To Rochester Civic Theater

I stayed 2 days. The property definitely is in need of an update and renovation. The carpet is in desperate need of being replaced. As for the room, it was sufficient. The king size bed was comfortable. There was a large oversized lazy boy chair in the room that needs to be replaced with a more modern and size appropriate chair. The breakfast needs to be completely overhauled.

Booked on great Orbitz deal. Rooms were nice and clean. Staff is very friendly

Next trip I will be skipping this hotel. The entire property is in need of repair. It's a tired old building. The things I did see repaired or painted were very poorly done. Obviously, no profits have been put back into the property. The stairs up to our room were never vacuumed the whole week we stayed. They needed vacuuming the day we arrived. The so called continental breakfast was packaged convenance items.

No hot water. No one answered the desk
