If you want to bath in the hot tub, you need to pay, if you need some tools or ingredients to cook something in the common room, you need to rent it. It's not as bad as other hotels, but if we had known it we would have paid for another option in Queenstown. ”

“The room was fine. As in most places on the South Island during winter, it's hard/impossible to get the room temperature to a comfortable level. That being said, I would probably stay there again.”
