“Clean room. Housekeeping staff was friendly and helpful. Maintenance was outstanding! Had a problem with my heating unit when the weather turned cold; he responded within 10 minutes & fixed the problem. Front desk staff provided info about the city and answered all my questions. Disappointed in breakfast.”

“We want a refund!!! We eneded up leaving shortly have check in. Due to being lockedout of our room! Then told we could leave cause they had to charge the door lock! I started to record the situation and wow the lady got EXTREMELY anrgy. Her boyfriend was there just sitting in the lobby. He got in my wifes face. Theres even more to this! Please refund our money.
