“Room was clean. Bedsheets were very uncomfortable polyester. The air fresheners throughout the property were very powerful, makes one wonder what they were trying to mask. The outside of house and grounds were in disrepair, made a poor impression. Upon arrival I wondered if we made mistake in booking room in this place.i believe this place was not worth the $&”

“This was a very nice B&B in the heart of Newport, very close to shopping, bars, restaurants and the waterfront. We were there for the jazz festival and found it conveniently close for transportation.”

“We truly enjoyed our stay at Hilltop Inn. The Inn and our room were beautiful, clean and cozy. Liz was super friendly and helpful, and no details were missed. We enjoyed the daily breakfast, snacks, boardgames, and hot tea in the afternoon! Close walking distance to the wharf - but im assuming the Hilltop name was a nod to thier location - it's uphill from the Wharf! Would highly recommend!”
