“Departamento moderno y espacioso en una buena zona, con varios restaurantes cerca. Estación del metro a 400 m. Sólo complica un poco que no haya personal en Recepción después de las 17 hs, y que las instrucciones para ingresar (QR) al checkin lleguen por correo únicamente en idioma alemán (ayudaría que llegue escrito también en inglés)”

“The apartment was not properly cleaned at the arrival and therefore i was offered an one day cleaning package, but the cleaning never found place. Furthermore is not specified that the building has no elevator, and carrying heavy luggage to the 2nd floor was uncomfortable. The surroundings are not ofering a safe environment, as the building on the other side of the road was hosting a facility/restaurant for drug addicted persons. ”

“Wirklich tolles Hotel mit ein paar Mankos. Die Lage ist perfekt, 20 min zu Fuß nach St. Pauli und der Bahnhof Altona direkt vor der Tür. Der eigene Balkon und die Dachterrasse waren mega. Das Bett sehr bequem, außerdem gab es viel Stauraum fürs Gepäck, selbst unsere großen Koffer mussten nicht im Zimmer rumstehen. Die kleine Küche ist praktisch um sich z.B. schnell etwas aufzuwärmen. Das Licht im Bad war zum Fertigmachen nicht geeignet. Aber das Zimmer ist durch die große Fensterfront tagsüber...

“Accès difficile à l'hébergement en arrivant la nuit. Dans l'hébergement, l'accès aux toilettes en commun étaient une catastrophe car le voisin a oublié de déverrouiller les toilettes avant de dormir. Heureusement, la propreté était à la hauteur.”
